Unlock your Mac for Grok ("Unlock") is provided by Inventagon LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we", "us"). By buying or using Unlock you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Unlock.
Unlock is software that runs on your Mac and lets your own Grok Bot account work with apps on that Mac when you ask it to. Unlock requires a separate Grok Bot account, which is sold and governed by its provider, not by us. We do not control Grok Bot, Apple macOS, or any third-party service.
Unlock costs $5 (USD) per week, billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically every week at the then-current price until you cancel. Applicable taxes may be added. We will tell you before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
You can cancel at any time by emailing info@inventagon.com or through the billing link in your receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals; Unlock keeps working until the end of the week you already paid for. Apart from the 7-day money-back guarantee below, past payments are not refunded.
If you are not satisfied, email info@inventagon.com within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. A refund ends your subscription and deactivates your license key. This guarantee applies once per customer. It does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
While your subscription is active we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Unlock on up to 3 Macs that you own or control. You may not resell, share your license key, reverse engineer the service except where the law allows it, or use Unlock to break the law or to access anyone else's accounts or data without permission.
Unlock is designed to keep your data on your Mac (see our Privacy Policy). Actions that send, move or delete things ask for your approval first. You are responsible for what you approve, for the content you send, and for keeping your own backups. Unlock's clean-up features move items into review folders rather than deleting them, but no software is error-free: please keep a current backup (for example Time Machine).
Unlock and Grok Bot are productivity tools. They do not provide medical, legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and nothing they produce should be relied on as such.
Unlock is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that Unlock will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every Mac, macOS version, or app, or that it will save you any particular amount of time.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Inventagon LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of Unlock. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Unlock in the 3 months before the claim arose. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
We may suspend or end access if payment fails, if a refund is issued, or if Unlock is used in breach of these Terms or the law. You can stop using Unlock and uninstall it at any time.
We may update Unlock and these Terms. If a change is material we will post it here and, where we have your email, tell you in advance. Continuing to use Unlock after the change means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New Jersey have jurisdiction, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
